Delay!!!

Yesterday we had at our Vicarage an important meeting! Members of the Community Council met with representatives of IBEX and we discussed the progress of the building works as well as the new programme of works.

As it happened it was necessary to draw a new programme of works, because there are delays.

According to the Progress Report, submitted by the Project Manager Trevor Dean, “We are currently running 7 weeks behind the last recovery programme issued, due predominantly to Contech’s production of reconstituted stone”.

This takes the finishing of works well after Christmas, probably around February.

August works

Today we present the proposed programme of works for August. As it is clearly visible on the pictures various works should be completed this month, such as the bricklaying, the timber roof, the placing of the roof tiles, the Bell Tower, as well as the fixing of the windows.

The weather hasn’t been very stable lately, but we anticipate to have no problems with our building works.

The arrangement, as in the previous months, is made by Mark Taylor (Managing Director), Trevor Dean (Project Manager) and Sean Webber (Commercial Manager), all working for IBEX.

July works

Today we present the proposed programme of works for July. As it is clearly visible on the pictures the main work to be done this month is the making of the timber roof.

The weather is predicted to be very good for July, as was for the previous month; therefore we anticipate to have no problems with our building works.

The arrangement, as in the previous months, is made by Mark Taylor (Managing Director), Trevor Dean (Project Manager) and Sean Webber (Commercial Manager), all working for IBEX.

June works

Here we present the proposed programme of works for June. As it is clearly visible on the pictures the main work to be done this month is the bricklaying on almost the whole Church.

The weather is predicted to be very good for June; therefore we anticipate to have no problem in realising our aim successfully.

May works

Today is the first day back to work for our workforce, after May Day long weekend Holidays.

The building programme for May 2010, which will start being realised from today, is graphically presented here.

Today was the first day back to work for our workforce, after the Easter Holidays.
